Having worked with hundreds of children over the last 10 years i’ve had so many parents come up to me distraught, worried and confused. The common pattern I noticed?   • Feelings First is a 3 month online parenting programme that focusses on emotional wellbeing at the core. It is a programme that teaches parents in just 3 months how to raise an emotionally secure child. It offers a range of resources and tools to enhance emotional wellness and teaches parents how to tackle meltdowns, big feelings and instil love and connection.

  • Feelings First is recommended for children aged 3+. If you would like to join the programme and get ahead of the game but have a younger child, you can but the weekly tasks and some of the information may not be relevant to you.

  • The 1:1 sessions are there for 3 out of the 12 modules, specifically to support you. If you feel you do not want these, you can replace these for a 1:1 online session with your child where we can teach them coping skills or various other things.

  • It includes 12 weekly modules, each with a focus area and follow up tasks. Modules 4, 8, and 12 offer personalised 30-minute 1:1 sessions with the parent. There are multiple other resources for you to delve into at any time, such as interactive videos and a song library. Weekly check ins occur once a week.

  • Topics include building confidence, managing big emotions, self-regulation for parents, family-centered decision-making, and more.

  • No prior knowledge is needed. This program is beginner-friendly and tailored to meet you where you are.
